Synopsis:
The Olympia de Madrid’s female alevín team, in protest against gender inequalities in the world of sport, and specifically soccer, abandons an initiative. Melt the medals they have won to create a pin in the shape of a star. The aim is to send this star to relevant sports figures and the media to raise awareness and denounce the situation.
Estrellas por la igualdad has been a 100% funded project between the communication agency Apple Tree and Possible Films. Elena Molina, one of today’s most relevant documentary filmmakers, joined the project.
